How to Calculate Cost Per Lead

When it comes to basic marketing, specific calculations are essential when creating a functional campaign. One of these necessary calculations or formulas is the cost per lead.

Cost per lead, also shortened CPL, is the total cost of generating one lead. It is not the same as cost per acquisition, which is focused on a closed deal/paying customer.
